Senigallia

Senigallia is one of the main tourist areas of the Marche: the elegant old town, several recreational facilities, popular restaurants, events organized in all seasons attract tourists from all over Italy and Europe, and the town boasts the famous beach called “velvet”, with its 13 kilometers of fine sand, interrupted only by the long piers of the harbor and the impressive Rotonda a Mare, born in the nineteenth century for hydrotherapeutic and recreational purposes and now used for exhibitions and events. Visitors have the opportunity to see the Rocca Roveresca happy blend of strength and harmony of the Renaissance, the elegant Portici Ercolani with 126 arches made of Istrian stone in the second half of 700, the Foro Annonario with the Biblioteca Antonellliana.
