The Rizman winery once again started its production in 2006, skipping an entire generation of the Å timac family. A new vineyard was planted in new locations, the necessary infrastructure was built and a completely new winegrowing region was created in Croatia. In the tasting room with the breathtaking view visitors can enjoy in tasting of wine and extra virgin olive oil from organic vineyards and olive farms Rizman, paired with local delicacies. Production varieties are: 90% of the Plavac Mali, Posip and Tribidrag.
