The monastic center of San Salvaro was built before 1100 in correspondence to Pietra del Fratta Bridge. It is located in a picturesque setting and in a lower Padua area, bordering with Verona, affected over the centuries by wars, trade and migration. This particular location has inspired the creation of Ancient Ways of Lower Padua Museum, which is a center of historical documentation that traces the development of Lower Padua territory, the birth of the ancient road courses of the area and the past street life.
